What are your wood shapes made from?
My shapes are laser cut from high-quality 1/8" or 1/4" Baltic birch plywood. This wood is smooth, sturdy, and perfect for painting, staining, or adding to your DIY projects.
Can I request a custom shape or size?
Yes! I love custom orders. If you need a specific shape, size, or quantity, just send me a message and I'll do my best to make it happen. I would need a high quality Black & White image or silhouette. SVG files work best.
Do the wood shapes come sanded and ready to use?
Yes, all shapes are lightly sanded and ready for paint, stain, or crafting. Some may have natural wood grain or slight variations due to the laser cutting process.
Will the wood have burn marks?
A slight dark edge is common with laser cutting and adds a nice contrast. The front and back may have light marks that can easily be sanded or painted over.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom designs may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What sizes do you offer?
I offer a wide range of sizes from small embellishments to large cutouts. Each product listing includes size details.
Can I use these shapes outdoors?
The wood is untreated and best suited for indoor use. If you'd like to use them outside, I recommend sealing with an outdoor-rated clear coat or paint.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, I typically don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out—I want you to be 100% happy.
